Grade Settings

Configure the grades this school teaches, how cohort labels are displayed, and the school year boundary used to compute the current academic year.

Grades taught (lowest → highest)

Comma-separated, in order from the school's lowest grade to its highest. The lowest grade is the anchor a student's cohort is computed from. "Pre-school" is always available separately for prospective students who haven't started yet.

Cohort label convention

Starting Year — e.g. "Cohort 2027-2028" is the year the student enters (or entered) the school's lowest grade.

Ending Year — e.g. "Cohort 2039-2040" is the year the student graduates (enters the school's highest grade).

Day

The date each year the school year rolls over (e.g. Jul 1, or the current default of Sep 1). Determines the current academic year used for cohort computation.
